Requirements:
Very good knowledge of Network and MS Windows 2k / Linux or UNIX OS and Internet applications;

Knowledge of business process and office necessary information;
Very good analytical skills;
Good written & spoken technical English.
Responsibilities:
Controlling the internal and external service processes;
