Our client:
• The company was founded in 1889;
• Manufactures and sales computer software and hardware, also offers hosting services and consulting services;
• Is recruiting for its office in Sofia new employees to joint its success.

Your Role:
You will provide first level technical support and replacement parts logistic support for customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers with technical problems or requiring replacement parts. The primary contact method is telephone, but you also have to respond to written requests for support via e-mail, internet and occasionally by fax.

Required Skills:
• Excellent written and spoken French, Italian or German language and very good knowledge in English;
• Computer and Keyboard Skills;
• Excellent telephone manners;
• Good analytical skills;
• Customer care orientation;
• Very good communication skills and a team player spirit.

Your responsibilities:
• Provide hardware and software telephone support;
• Validates customer service entitlements;
• Assumes responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries; 
• Refer the problems that cannot be resolved to specialist software and hardware skill groups, as appropriate;
• If necessary, send a technical expert to the customer premises.
