End-user Workplace Services Engineers /A_EUWS/

They need experienced and ambitious IT specialists to become part of their service support centre in Sofia city.
Your Role:
You will be involved in providing second level remote support to German Operating Systems customers.
Required Skills:
Degree in Software Engineering or other IT related discipline;
Excellent language communication skills, both written and spoken;
Basic German language skills;
Experience on a similar position;
High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing;
Experience in software deployment and remote management tools;
Knowledge in MS Active Directory, group policies and user rights assignment;
Experience in application installation and packaging tools;
Knowledge in DNS, WINS, and TCP/IP will be considered as a plus.
Your responsibilities:
Providing technical support in the area of End-user Workplace Management;
Distributing applications;
Delivering a comprehensive Desktop Management Service;
Ensuring client security;
Providing inventory information and trend reports on infrastructure;
Ensuring enterprise directory services operation based on Microsoft Active Directory for defined customers.
