Microsoft SQL Engineer /A_MSSQL/

Your Role:
You will be involved in providing third level remote support in the field of Microsoft SQL maintenance.
Required Skills:
Long time experience in administration and maintenance;
Experience in Windows SQL Server 2000/2005;
Experience in MS Windows Server 2003, MS Cluster services;
SAN/ HP Data Protector / HP hardware knowledge will be considered as a plus;
MCP/MCSA/MCSE certificates will be considered as a strong advantage;
High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing;
Ability to work in a team and to integrate into complex projects;
Good command of English (German knowledge will be considered as an advantage).
Your responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day management and support in terms of:
Designing, implementing and operating of database environments;
Planing and operating of migrations;
Backup/restore, disaster recovery, monitoring und security;
Performance analysis and performance optimization.
