They need experienced and ambitious IT specialists to become part of their service support centre in Sofia city.
Your Role:
You will be involved in providing third level remote support in the field of Backup and Recovery.
Required Skills:
Experience in execution of back up operations, performance analysis and optimization, and recovery tests;
Long time experience in administration and maintenance;
Experience with HP Dataprotector/Veritas Netbackup/IBM Tivoli Storagemanager/EMC Legato Networker;
Experience in Windows, Linux, HP-UX and other OS platforms;
High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing;
Ability to work in a team and to integrate into complex projects;
Good command of English (German knowledge will be considered as an advantage).
Your responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day management and support in terms of:
Designing, implementing and operating of back up solutions;
Performance analysis and Performance optimization;
Disaster recovery planning;
Administration and maintenance.
