They need experienced and ambitious IT specialists to become part of their service support centre in Sofia city.
Your Role:
You will be involved in providing second or third level remote support to German Operating Systems customers in the field of Lotus Notes/ Blackberry.
Required Skills:
Degree in Software Engineering or other IT related discipline;
At least three years of experience in architecture, deployment and support of Lotus Domino Environments and/or Notes Clients support;
Deep knowledge about Notes Client (6.x – 8.x);
Deep knowledge about Domino clustering;
Good overview about Sametime, Quickplace and Quickr;
Basic knowledge in the field of Blackberry (Blackberry Enterprise Server Architectures and Blackberry End devices);
Very good language communication skills, both written and spoken;
Basic German language skills will be considered as a strong advantage;
High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Your responsibilities:
Providing technical support in terms of Lotus Domino environments and/or Blackberry systems;
Working together with global distributed teams;
Administration and maintenance.
