Senior Networking Specialist /M_SNS/


Your Role:


• You will have to provide technical solutions throughout the life cycle of a technical service and project whilst assisting all the company  employees to overcome any technical issues in all areas with special attention to the networking area.
  
• You will also provide technical feedback and impact assessments to internal teams and other departments involved in setting up technical standards and documentation.


Required Skills:


• Relevant IT education and/or training  and experience;
  
• At least 5 years of experience as administrator in Networking (TCP/IP);
  
• CCNP Certification or higher;

At least 1 year experience as administrator in 3  of the following areas:


• Unix or Linux and NT or W2K servers;
  
• Informix, MSQL, Oracle;
  
• Firewalls and screening routers;
  
• Routing, DNS, Web hosting;
  
• Enterprise Email Systems based on Exchange or Lotus;


• Knowledge in Service Management Methodologies;
  
• Knowledge in  Corporate, Industry and Professional standards;
  
• Leadership, resource management and presentation skills;
  
• Strong Customer Care Skills.

Your responsibilities:

• To provide expert consultancy, technical solutions based on client requirements;
  
• To assist other employees in resolving complex technical problems and to investigate the root cause of problems and recommend smart solutions;
  
• To participate in the implementation of technical solutions and to provide corresponding technical training to users in order to improve the efficiency of services;
  
• To participate in the development of technical standards, documentation and methods;
  
• Carries out research, promotes and implements new technical methods, methodologies and techniques;
  
• Leads and supervises other team members;
  
• Facilitates workshops and conducts formal presentations.
