OUR REQUIREMENT:
Excellent spoken Spanish.
Fluent command of English language.
BA degree preferred or applicants with equivalent skills and background.
Customer service orientation.
Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet applications.
Call centre, computer support, or customer service experience is an advantage.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive technical support services to customers (pharmaceutical companies and life-science organizations) by resolving incoming telephone/e-mail requests.
Organize and utilize all support resources provided including emails, documentation, contact lists, etc.
Adhere to accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness in consistent customer care, quality standards and reporting requirements.
